Hi everybody just got a update on Dusty and would love to share with everybody.
Hi Katherine. We took Dusty to the park two days in a row and he went red and itchy again! 
However, he is back to normal again already.
However, he is back to normal again already.Dusty reacts badly to grass so we had to ban him from the park and bush tracks making him miserable. We feed him a grain free diet, he takes a daily anti histamine and still has swelling, itchiness and red welts as you can see in the pictures. He had lost all the hair behind his ears and was sparse on his legs.
Within one week of wearing the copper collar, his hair had started to grow back, he stopped chewing himself and scratching and we have only given him one anti histamine (overdid it at the park) If he gets a reaction, it clears much more quickly where previously we would have needed the vet for steroid and anti biotocs. While he is still stupidly allergic to grass the collar means that he can occasionally go to the park, be off medication, has grown his hair back and is a much happier dog all around. We think it looks pretty spunky too!
