We understand that occasionally purchasing items online doesn’t always go to plan, therefore we will happily issue you with a credit note (valid for 6 months)
Please note; this is applicable on full priced items only, if requested within 7 days of receiving your item/s .
The item/s must be in original condition, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way for the credit note to apply. KB Copper Collars has the right to deny any item/s that aren't returned in the original condition.
All sale items are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
KB Copper Collars endeavours to provide you with products of the highest quality. In the unlikely event an item arrives in a faulty condition we will offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Returning items is at your own cost (unless otherwise agreed).
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanged or credit notes on lost parcels.
We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
Please note: If you damage a product (eg using a standard copper collar as a choker chain and the clasp breaks) we cannot accept collars back for exchange or credit.

We recommend washing your Copper collars with warm soapy water and with small brush provided.
We do not recommend harsh chemical cleaners (EG Brasso or Silvo)
