What an Amazing
Hi everyone this is a story you must read, KB Copper Collars had a request for a collar but not your usual four legged fur kid. So would love to share this amazing heart wrenching story. Here is the story
Hi Katherine my kangaroos name is Brodie and this is his story, he was found in a paddock on his own by the person who owned the property he was calling out and that was how he was found (very lucky for him) he weighed 580 grams, that size are called pinkies because they have no fur then 2 more came in around the same time and everything was fine with them then one day they were playing and Brodie hit is tail on the leg of the table and crack he broke his tail about 2 inches down from his butt and it was a very nasty break so after x-ray’s and having it splintered it was on the mend and after about 8 weeks he broke the tail again but further down this time then I noticed that he wasn’t filling out like the other 2 and then (playing again he ran into the kick board around the bottom of the kitchen cupboards and stripped the tendon of the bone of his middle toe (the longest one they have) so our wildlife vet ran more tests and x-rays of his whole body and that’s when we found out about the dwarfism and the osteoarthritis now fast forward all these years he can’t lean back on his tail to defend himself and the toe has never heeled he hardly ever puts that foot on the ground and gets around with a permanent limp. I have him on pain medication and the pain is worse for him in the cold months. When I saw the posts about the KB Collars it got me thinking if it would help him and i really thankyou for answering my question and your generosity of the collar. Many thanks Judy.
